• The Windfall Centre's associates include professionals with expertise in Social Work, Psychology, Play Therapy, Child Psychotherapy, Systemic and Family Counseling, Disability Awareness and Infant and Child Development. Some members are trained Expert Witnesses providing assessments and reports to the Courts.

  • Windfall can offer guidance to local authorities, residential and support services, schools and families with specific needs. Some of the work we have already undertaken includes assessing both typically developing and disabled children in regards to attachment and future placements, providing specialist advocacy for children with communication difficulties, creating Developmental and Therapeutic Play programmes to support children with recent diagnoses of disability and Attachment difficulties providing advice and supervision to residential care staff.

  • Members of the team are matched with the specific needs of each referral. Consultancy packages are evolved to meet the needs of the children, families and/or residential settings involved and negotiated to comply with the time and financial frameworks of commissioning services. We will always put children and families’ needs first so are happy to work flexibly to make this possible.

  • A core aim of Windfall's work is to ensure that all children have the support they need. This ethos is paramount, therefore even if you just wish to talk over a concern, we are happy to be of help.
